I passed but not by enough

I may have just been kicked out of college. Weird thing is I passed all my classes last semester. I’m a junior and my cumulative GPA is 1.89. My Schools GPA is 1.61 apparently. This last Fall 2016 semester I passed all my classes with a 2.17 GPA.
Here are some details though. I am returning after a year away on academic disqualification and was placed on immediate probation upon return. So old grades haunt me. While away I earned a 2.6 GPA of transfer coursework. I retook classes that cancelled out failed courses. But here’s the kicker even though I retook those courses for better grades elsewhere they won’t replace the F’s that are on my original schools record.
Now I only have major courses left that I won’t be able to take at any community college. And apparently not even any State university in my state for a year again. I’m even meeting satisfactory academic progress for the school for financial aid and graduation progress. I’m less than 35 units away from graduation.
I’ve tried and school work isn’t my really my greatest feat. I still am working my tail off to pass all my courses. It took everything in me to work to support myself through this semester and finish all my classes. I was in the library studying all day then going to work. I work for the school in their cafeteria as well and now for what? I’m going to go into the office tomorrow to see if there’s anything I can do but on their website it says I can’t appeal.
A grade I’m going to appeal from two years ago may help. I had an RP in a class and had a year to retake it or the additional connected course. I took and past that class while away and was advised not to take it. Much to my horror it turned into an F recently.
Not really sure what the next options are. I can’t be in school anymore. I’ve wasted my own money and my parents money to fall short because of a few old grades that are counting against me.
Was working towards economic work in the peace corps. So now I’m thinking military? Air Force? Trade school. Has anyone hear of reverse credentialing?
How does this work? I went back to school worked and passed my classes and now this.
