<p>Yes! This is especially true for rolling admissions schools and large state schools.</p>
<p>The basic advantage is that it’s done, and particularly if sending it electronically, you don’t have to worry about the server crashing just before deadline. It also may give you time to submit anything that’s missing.</p>
