I didn’t do too well in the course itself either. B- and B respectively for semesters. I have no excuse except that I was lazy with homework and the new teacher already didn’t like having juniors in her class so she was more harsh with grade deductions for late assignments for us two juniors (my friend got a C+ and B). I’m planning to take the subject test for the subject in October; if I scored 770+ on that, would it be better to report both or just the subject test?
The only concern I have about not reporting is that they could think that I’m trying to hide that I failed or something, which is not the case.
If the college gives credit for a 3, report it. If your target colleges are top 20, it’s your choice. If you have a bunch of 4’s and 5’s and only one 3, it’s not going to make a big difference either way.
You should be aware that in college, late assignments, if the instructor accepts them, will usually be penalized. In one’s career life, blowing a deadline is a great way to end up on the unemployment line. So if late work is an issue, you might want to find, and correct, the root of that problem.
