Ok I was one of the idiots that applied to colleges before seeing them. Wow was that dumb. So far out of the ones (lehigh, hofstra, drexel) i’ve seen, I only like one (hofstra)

I also applied to BU, Manhattan college, VT, Stevens, RPI, Binghamton, RIT, Lafayette, Villanova and I feel like I’m not going to like any of them. I hate this.

Basically what I liked about hofstra was how its campus was set up and the plethora of hot girls.

Where can I still apply that I will have fun, while receiving a good engineering education. Tech schools were obviously the wrong idea for me…

given that you’ve only seen three of the twelve schools you applied to, I’m sure you will find at least a couple more that you like. Most deadlines have passed, though you might be able to find a few large state schools still accepting applications.

Ok Kreeker first of all. Do NOT pick Hofstra. Hoftstra for one thing is not that good a school.
However u have really good schools on ur list:

Drexel: really good school. good engineering and business. in the college sector of Philly and has a lot to do as opposed to Hofstra. However ur in downtown philly which is not that safe.

BU is in Boston which is a really nice large city often depicted as a college town. ur close to other schools such as Northeastern and MIT so u definately feel in a college sector of Boston.

VT: awesome state school. great campus life and really nice campus with castle looking buildings. as opposed to many of the aforementioned schools, VT has an amazing school spirit and greek community if u like all that.

Villanova: Great school. it is very well known across the nation. its one of the more selective schools in the country. So Prestige here is quite big.

Aside from Hoftra I would not pick: manhattan or Binghampton.

Overall: Pick VT. You WIIILLLL LOVE IT AND DEFINAITELY NOT REGRET IT
I dont go there but i applied and plan to go to schools like that one examples: Purdue, Ohio State, University of Miami, Michigan State. So i know lots about the large schools and they do provide a great experience.

Michigan has rolling admissions, a GREAT engineering program (#6 in nation) tons of girls and social stuff, great location and sports, and a great atmosphere. You can still apply there if you hurry.

If you are only looking at the ones on those lists, go to VT

To be honest i think applying now to a school, even if it has rolling admissions is tough. most programs especially as e enter March have closed. However i might be wrong. I personally think you have some very good schools there. specifically Villanova and VT.

RPI is far and away the best engineering school on your list but do NOT go there if you are looking for hot girls. VT will be better in that regard.

Hofstra is probably the worst school on your list, with RPI being the best by a pretty substantial margin. Dont go to Hofstra unless you get rejected from every other school (or unless you have some serious d1 lax talent, they could use your help rebuilding ahha)

Ok I guess the big reason I don’t like drexel is the co-op. I’m lazy and don’t want to be in school while everyone is having a summer. I did get 17.5k a year from them so idk.

I’m applying to Penn State and Michigan over the weekend. Hopefully I’ll get it.

Thnx!

I quit lacrosse… Damn why did I do that, I miss it!!!

It is going to be very difficult to get into those two schools.

Both pratice rolling admission.

Penn State already has a waiting list up.

Michigan will likely go to a waiting list as well once it fills up with recent applicants with spectacular stats and those who were deferred months ago.
