Yes. You could be rescinded from both schools.
In your other thread you said you have a full ride to Harvard. That indicates to me that your family income isn’t super high. If you get rescinded, can your parents afford to send you to college? If you haven’t gotten enough to cover the gap at Berkeley by now, don’t expect it will materialize (now, and every year for the remaining 3 years). Take the full ride.
Each HS and its GC staff play a role in admissions, the system depends on colleges trusting the HS to carry out their part by the rules. Your school might refuse to send official transcripts to 2 colleges, and furthermore might notify them both of the issue
Yes…you could have both acceptances rescinded if the school’s find out. Withdraw from one school immediately.
