I still haven't got my letter yet... what are my chance?

I am an in state resident and I applied into College of Information Technology

Here’s some specs:
W GPA: 3.8
UW GPA: 3.5
ACT: 28
15 AP/Honor Classes

School Activities:
Marching Band 4 yrs
Jazz Band 2 yrs
Indoor Percussion 1 yr
Computer Club 2 yrs
Model UN 1 yr

Etc Activities:
Youth Leaders
Praise Team
Volunteering at Saint Louis Peace Village over 80hrs
Volunteering at Nursery Home over 20 hrs

I still haven’t got my letter yet and I am worried about the admission now.

Do I have a solid chance to get into main campus?

P.S. I applied to Summer Classes as an optional choice.

Your stats are good for IST. As long as you applied by November 30th, you should hear back by the end of January. Looks like a match for Fall, safety for Summer. Son had similar stats – 3.8W 1900SAT and was admitted to IST two years ago. Great program.
BTW, he was admitted for Fall, but switched to Summer by choice and felt it was a great decision.

You macth the middle 50% so I would be surprised if you didn’t get in! A lot of people haven’t heard yet so don’t be discouraged.

Yeah, I just checked mypennstate and it says “we’re reviewing the final stage and you’ll get result upcoming days…”. Hope I get in :slight_smile:
