I was washing my sheets and blanket and pillows and it stoped and won’t go on. The stuff almost didnt fit in but I it crunched down after it got wet. And it was on and the thing in the middle was sloshing but it wont spin. It might be broken but if I get everything dry fast then nobody will find out.

Can I put the blanket in the dryer? Its a down one with feather stuffing if it still has soap on it? Is there a fast way to get them to dry?

Lmao. The same thing happened to me before. I just left the washer alone for a while and it started working again. I thought I was in trouble too, but when my mom got home to use it, it was working. You could just leave it alone and act surprised when they notice. It works for me!

Ok. I checked the surcet breaker and it is still on. And the washer won’t work. I think I’m going to pretend I wasn’t using it.

I think I mite of ruined my blanket. I’m trying to fluff it back out.

It’s a good thing I don’t have to do laundry alot cause its like an art. You need to know what to put in the same batch and how long to time it for. It’s so ancient they need to make a new way to clean clothes cause washing machines dont work good. They break all the time and dont clean good anyways. All it does is slosh water around.

How about unplug the machine, wait ten minutes or so, then turn it back on? That works with a lot of electronics. And do tell your parents and everyone in the house because it would be evil to leave someone else stuck with wet, soapy laundry!

“Can I put the blanket in the dryer? Its a down one with feather stuffing if it still has soap on it?”

Please don’t. Just wash it by hand with warm water. You’ll be glad about the extra 15mins after the thing’s dry, without soap all over it.

Same batch: All white, All black or all colors
Time: (just put it randomly) Average an hour.
Art: No
Dirty clothes: Did you use deterrent?
I’m assuming you got and old washing machine.
And why would there be a new way to wash clothes, it not that hard.

Take all the stuff out and put it in a large, heavy duty trash bag (not a regular one - it will break). Take it to the laundrymat and rewash in large machines and take them home wet (but spun dry) and put them in your own dryer. Blanket alone. Then pillow and sheets. Lay pillow out flat against surface of dryer and put sheets on top. You want it to dry in a reasonable shape, not tied up in a knot.

Then try your washer at home again, with nothing in it, just to test it. If it doesn’t work, tell your parents and call a repair person. Don’t lie. Nothing ever works out well if you lie. Just quickly confess that you did this and life will go on.

And don’t do it again! You cannot overstuff a washer, as you now know. Even if it did not break, the things would not get clean.
