<p>I think you have a pretty good shot at Honors and a scholarship. However, our campus paper The Eagle recently reported that this year there was a 12% increase in the number of applications to AU, up to 16,800. If that’s the case, then that’s an increase of 1,800 applications over last year. Once could assume it will be slightly more competitive this year. That being said, I still think you have a good shot.</p>
<p>with a 35 ACT you are probably going to get honors and merit money. Last year’s average was 32.5 and GPA of 3.9 for those offered to enroll in the honors program.</p>
