I transferred to a CSU from a JC, did two years and had to drop out for personal reasons.

Can I still transfer to a new CSU?

Since I already did all my requirements four years back at a JC.

You need to contact the transfer admissions office at the CSU you are iinterested in, and ask them. Don’t be scared to do that. They’ve probably communicated with ten people just like you already this week!
