I truly want to go to DUKE!!!

^ Are you applying trinity or pratt?

If it’s pratt, I can tell you that I got into pratt 3 years ago with 1520/2170, for what it’s worth.

Hmmm, I’m apply to Pratt but I’m not getting your implied message. Are you trying to tell me that I should definitely take it again since your school is a good 120 better than mine (reading and math) or are you telling me my score is fine? I’m guessing that you’re telling me to take it again right??

i think u shud be in if ur native american…defiantly in (i think u said it earlier)
if u havent chance me back i feel same way about Emory so much, i am considering the fourth SAT lol

sorry for the confusion class2009college. I didn’t know your V+M score. But yes, if you think you can pull your score to 1500 on V/M I’d take it again.

Oh okay, do you know if sat scores are really that important?

On the scale of 1-10 with 10 being most important I’d say the SAT is around a 6. But that’s my personal opinion.

As I see it, the SAT is one of those things where if it’s too low it’ll hurt you but otherwise it’s not a terribly important part.

If im in the lower 50% range is that low?

chances would be appreciated, chances back”

I never said that I would “definitely be in”…? By the way, I’m not the OP of this thread, lol, I just kind of hijacked it…sorry! Replies on my “Native Americans @ Duke” would be much appreciated. And, I’ll try to chance you at Emory, but I can tell you this, I’m a crap chancer…I basically just say everyone has a terrible chance and will not get in…haha jk.

class2009college: are you approaching borderline? That could be a bit low.
