I WANT EVERYONE'S OPINIONS!!! PLEASE RESPOND

Ok so through middle school I struggled and my 8 grade year our math teacher quit so that left our class with a substitute teacher who I felt didn’t know anything she had to call a guidance counselor for help multiple times long story short I complained time and time that we need a math teacher the school kept saying we’re looking but never got one . So at the end of the year I felt like I learned nothing in math class so coming in to my freshman year I was very nervous that I will flunk math WICH I DID AND I was below on my credits ALSO I PLAY FOOTBALL…
So half way thru the year around may I got on contact with a private school so they sent someone to interview me and my parents how the guy was talking it sounds like a great school but I felt like this was very anxious for me to come Mainly so I could play football for the school So I ended up transferring THE SCHOOL WAS NOT HOW HE DESCRIBED IT .
… oh and btw it’s a Christian college prep school

Man it didn’t get everything I typed

But basically 1 the school is a very small church WICH is somewhat reasonable because there are around 30-50- highschool kids rest are elementary and middle school students. The student in the school literally cuss like there no Tomorrow and you have people who sleep in class who don’t care just for sports the school sucks in academics and the so called teachers do not do anything but show up and go home u get no guidance on your school work everything on computer which I thought would be better so the was a very small class

Pt3… the class size were horrible EVERYONE’S just came in other people class room to be disruptive and noisy to the point it’s ridiculous at times I came to school and didn’t do anything because of how loud the classroom are so I was able to Finnish the year off getting all my my credits but at the same time I felt like I didn’t learn nothing

And now about football i feel like i AM very capable of getting recruited by scouts but some times I think to my self like will I even make it because when it’s time to take my act and I flunk it college scout are going to be like WHY don’t his grades MATCH HIS test scores like what am I’m supposed to say I didn’t learn while in highschool I will look like a fool and I think To my self like it to late to think about college now so anyways I am looking on transferring to a public highschool but feel like I will flunk math and be behind im everything I am capable of passing I’m willing to put in the work but I don’t know what to do with

How about taking a few math courses with a community college over the summer? And you could probably ask for help from some people you know who are smart? Plus if you are good a football then try joining a league of some sort that’s not apart of a school. Is there perhaps something in football similar to Travel Soccer you could look into? Also YouTube videos help for learning subjects so does Khan academy. And try to look for summer programs that might teach more. If money’s an issue then I’m sure you can negotiate to get a small job and help yourself out there. It all boils down to: do you have the energy to get this done? You aren’t going to accomplish anything by sitting around and if circumstances aren’t going to work for you then try self education. Go to the library, use the internet, and focus on sports. Join more clubs or something (even start your own). Colleges love leaders and people who work hard so prove to yourself first that you can do it then let the colleges scout you out.

Thanks I’ll take this into consideration! But do you think transferring will be a good thing as of now? I’m passing all my classes and math with a low B and my GPA is around 3.3 .

Transfer back to your local public school. Take math over summer school if your district offers it.

I think transferring would be a good idea. Since it looks like the school is incredibly awful.
