<p>URM with elite schools and massive APs. Very good chances at all. Though the big state universities don’t really care as much that you are a URM though, so your benefit is lost there, but the ivies/elite schools will care.</p>

The SAT looks pretty average for the Ivies, but the EC’s patch that up. </p>
