<p>Is it bad if i don’t take a science senior year? (i’m a junior)
Since i’m not going into anything science related, would it really hurt?</p>

<p>it depends on what school your trying to go to. if your trying to go to a really competitive school then you should take it because it’ll only help your chances. how are your grades like? are you going straight to a four year school or a community college? if your going to a community then you don’t need it. and you don’t need to know a lick of science to be successful as a financial analyst.</p>
<p>Well i’m trying to get into a good 4 year college like Northwestern or Boston College. But i’m not sure if I should take a science since i know i’m not going into anything science related.</p>
<p>It looks better to have at least some kind of science each year. If you need an edge on your applications, an impressive course load won’t hurt. Also, you will probably have about 2 semesters of required science core classes in college regardless of your major and you will also probably be able to get out of them if you get a 5 on your AP test. I’m assuming you are taking all AP since you are applying to Northwestern. BC should be a bit easier to get in to.</p>
