<p>He got a lot of that stuff from the British Special Forces. Which is apparently a lot more difficult than the army. Not to mention the years of doing other stuff (like climbing MT. Everest).</p>

<p>So pretty much go to college, learn about hispanic people, break your spine, and live on a barge.</p>

<p>the guy is a idiot, you should never run or jump in a survival situation and he does it frequently. What if you jump off a cliff and break your leg, your dead. Its just a show that will end up hurting the average guy in the long run. I really recommend you get proper training like he has. While running and jumping may be great for a person who has his training, it will be a horrible choice for a average person.</p>
