I want to be productive but this 60 second rule is killing me smalls

I try to be productive/helpful/occasionally ■■■■■, but I find that I am limited. The 60 second rule btw posts is a real buzz kill. How can I be at my peak helpful-ness-level if I am limited in my comments?
