<p>Boston University (a school that I currently attend) is a great school - but without aid IMHO it is far from its sticker price. Don’t have $100,000 in debt to attend a school that you feel is your “dream” school - its very simply not worth it. The education is about the same as a state school - but the resources you have access are what makes it good. </p>
<p>Also - don’t listen to rankings, they are a terrible indicator of what is good and what isn’t as many times the margins between rank 45 and 60 are small, while the margin between rank 75 and 100 varies.</p>
