Just wanted to share, hope everyone else gets good news now or in the future in their non-traditional education endeavors!
That’s awesome Sundoll!!! I have had 2 acceptance letters so far which makes me hopeful but there are also some I haven’t sent (waiting on fall transcripts, and haven’t opened transfer apps yet) and my sate school takes a long long time to respond for pre-med apps.

I fortunately didn’t have to do a pre-med app, essentially all the program requires at UT is that you complete the course requirements, no acceptance to the program required.

Congrats Peace - doubt we’ll see each other though, huge campus and you’re a freshman so I think we’ll have a lot of different classes.

how long did it take for you guys to find out, it currently says my application is under review. It has said this for at least two weeks now. Any idea when i will find out if I am in or not?
thingamabober - are you a transfer applicant or a freshman? transfers should have all been notified for spring by now, if you’re a freshman and non top 10% you probably won’t hear until the spring (and you’re also on the wrong board, non-trad students are typically older and have taken a year or more off from college).
I am trying to get accepted in ut Austin my gpa is 3.1. I have 68 hours from the community college. I am majoring in education from pre-k to 6 grade teacher.So, do you think I should apply now or wait .Please replay as soon as possible.
