I also have a two page resume listing my theater experience, which includes several plays acting and several plays working as a techie. I have participated in playwrighting programs and have won recognition for one of my plays, which was performed in Boston by Acting majors at Boston University. And I’ve also been on local access tv in my town in a series of commercials.

Note: my involvement with the Forensics Team (speech and debate) is almost entirely theatrical. I compete in competitive drama events as well as advise for them.

(Yes, I did post this in the Princeton forum. I decided to place it there first because while Princeton is on my list, I love Yale more than a flower loves the sun, and I was afraid of the reactions I would get. Then, I said, to hell with it!)

I would think your chances are better than “good”.
Best of luck to you!

I think you have a very good chance.

BTW…peanut butter is my favorite cookie! ;-)

sonicmom, a whole batch of peanut butter cookies r in the mail for u! =]~

Your test scores are great even though your GPA/rank is low, and we all know being Native American will help you. Also I think your employment is a big plus, there’s a lot of rich kids who’ve never held a job in their lives applying and I think the fact that you work a lot will help you. Plus you have a demonstrated passion (theater) which is awesome.

Without uber-URM status, I’d say you have still very good chances, so if you get in, it will absolutely not be because of your race. Still, with your URM status, I’d say your chances are around 70%. Something like that.

very great chance

native american… i’d say 99.9 percent chance you’re in.

bump

10chars

Dude, how much more do you want?
