IB-application, how to convince a private school of provodin award of more than 50%?

well, first of all i do know, that it’s not a college application i’m worrying about, but i simply don’t know what to do next, so i really hope someone will be able to help me anyway.
i’m a 15-year-old student from germany and eventually i attend a public gymnasium, to be precise the bilingual branch which has a focus on english. i really am an ambitious students and i’m really not showing off, but i want you to know my grades so that you will hopefully tell me honestly what you think my chances are/what i could do next. so my last school report was all A and one B, even though you can’t really compare the german grade system to the British/American one, but well, and so were the others. i am doing quite a lot of social work (working as a mediator since 2 years, having spent quite a lot of time working in public institutions) and I wrote some short stories which several publishing houses are really interested in, so they are maybe going to published.
and as i said since i am really, and i mean that, ambitous, i would love to do my IB at a private school. and now comes my problem: i simply can’ afford the school fees. sounds quite simple but i thought that couldn’t be how it worked, wrote about A THOUSAND applications and send them to private schools in the UK, since i basically wanted to do my IB there. but by the end of the day and i skip a lot now, they were more or less all telling me the same, they admired my qualifications, really liked my entuthiasm, but finally, someone had to pay the school fees and since i could only afford about 20% of them, they couldn’t accept me providing an award of about 80%. i know what i want to is not how it usually goes. but doing my IB is something i’ve been dreaming of for years and i’m not prepared to just drop it, that’s why i wrote another application to a german school ,which is also a private one and really good and which also offers the IB-program. and i received their answer a few days ago saying that i was one of the 6 applicants they had chosen for the IB and the german Abitur, but that they could only afford an award of 50% (and they’re REALLY expensive as well) and that i should let them know whether i still wanted to apply to one of the scholarships. i’m pretty sure my chances are good, but i still can’t afford 30.000€ for a 2-years-program! but i want to attend that gorgeous school SO MUCH and i know i could make it, but i also do know, i just can’t pay the school fees. and it really gets to me, because i know i’m one of the last six they chose for the IB AND the Abitur, which even increases my chances. so my question to all of you, and i would really be grateful if someone could help me, is: HOW CAN I CONVINCE THE SCHOOL OF GIVING ME AN AWARD OF 80%, IS THERE ANY WAY? i thought about organisations which might provide scholarships, so that i would have 2, and i also thought of showing the school even more of my qualifications, but i don’t think that will change much, for they made it pretty clear they won’t pay more. i’m really kind of desperate. i wrote to so many schools and everyone is rejecting me telling me that i would surely be an enrichment for their school, but that i don’t pay enough, i so sick of that. i always knew that money is important in the world we live in, but i didn’t know i could destroy dreams, letting those of us, whose parents have enough money, get anything and not letting the other ones, who are not as privileged as they are, get anywhere. so i really need help, this school means a lot to me, probably more than you can imagine. i’d be really glad if you could help me somehow. after one year of writing applications and always getting a ‘no’ of all the private schools i’d love to go to, really insults me.
thanks

I don’t know anything about the German system – so I can’t help you there.

Did you apply to the United World College program there in Germany? It is IB and is close to full scholarship. I don’t know if you could still apply.
