<p>What kind of work can you expect as an intern at a BB IB?</p>

<p>if you get the real internship which is usually summer before senior year you’ll be doing all the real work that analysts do and usually if you perform well you can expect a full time offer from the bank during the fall of your senior year, if you don’t receive a full time offer it ends up making things quite difficult when trying to get a job with another BB.</p>

<p>So, by not getting that full time offer it actually hurts your chances with other I-banks?</p>

<p>as an intern in any IBD you’ll be creating pitch books, working on comps, doing dcf valuations, etc.</p>

<p>you know how they always say about doing the ‘models’ or something like that, what does that mean?</p>
