What are Ibanks(non-bb) that will hire kids from non-target schools, i.e Purdue?

The ones that Yale kids poop on. siiiike

They are typically smaller firms outside of the city, less compensation, easier hours, not as high profile.

When you say lesser known can you give me an example? i.e like Brown Gibbons Lang or like Raymond James?
