<p>Ah… I can see why they accepted you. The only thing I can figure is weighing down my application is just an average reccomendation letter. I’ll probably get another sent. This is so frustrating!</p>

Anyways, I’m from Alabama, which makes me proud because I haven’t seen any other Alabamians in this thread. I got my letter today. I don’t think I qualified for the merit scholarships though. Mostly due to my 1490 SAT and 640 Writing ad 3.71 GPA. But hey, what the hell right?</p>
<p>I have another question. For the AP credit, I know Rice offers credit for all those who made 4s and 5s. But what if you made a B in that class? Will they still give you credit? Because some schools need to see yo made As and 4s and 5s in tghat class. JW thanks</p>
