I live in a (kind of) small house that isn’t very conductive to studying with 3 other people. I work best in complete isolation and silence, especially in things like math, so I want to be able to isolate myself when doing math. I find this difficult because of the size of my house and because, while I have my license, I don’t want to go to the library when it is time for me to study every day. If it helps, INTP.

I have a similar sitation…
I just go to the public library or school library to study…
Or can have a small room in your house with just a table to study at…best without computer(at least for me, its too distracting)
Use earplugs if you need (I dont though)

I like to get up early on the weekends to study. The house is peaceful before everyone else wakes up, and working first thing in the morning frees up more time later to do…whatever. Or you could always take a nap in the afternoon. ;)

turn off your computer
get off dat twitta
turn your phone off, completely
tell your family members you really need to study and ask them to be quiet? lolz.
get a study partner and study at their house
the cafeteria in the morning at school

LOL i study in the mornings when its quieter too!
I thought i was the only one who do that…at least among my friends i am
CCer’s can be almost awsome somethimes xD

I have DSPS, so morning studying is out. Studying late at night would have the same effect, though.

Ahhhh DSPS. I can empathize.

Anyway, do you not have your own bedroom? If you do, you could just study there? And if you can hear your family through the walls, I know there are some noise-canceling headphones that work even without music, so looking into that might be an option. If you share your room, perhaps ask whoever else sleeps in it if you can have a specified block of time where you alone get to study in your room. You could also try studying late at night, after everyone’s asleep.

I don’t know how you get home from school but maybe there’s a library somewhat along the way that would be more convenient? Or–could you maybe even study in the car, when it’s parked at home? Maybe there’s a quiet place at school, such as the library, and you could stay after school and study your math there, and then go home a bit later?

put walls around them, put speed to fast forward, wait a few days, watch them cry
