Identifying sentence errors question

In constant [demand as] a speaker, Ms. Chernock [has never been] [more busier] than she [is now].

The answer is: [more busier] - Can someone please explain why?

Ermm, I am no expert, but ‘busier’ seems incorrect. It probably should be more busy instead. Why? My spidey sensess. Actually, it may be because it is impossible to be more busier.

I also need help with this one

[Alerted by] the nervousness and evasiveness of the witness, the jurors were quick [to perceive] that his statements were [inconsistent to] [those] he had made earlier.

The answer is [inconsistent to] - I dont understand this one at all

Oh idiom error. It has to be inconsistent with.

I think it should be inconsistent “with” rather than “to.” As for the question before, it’s either “more busy” or “busier” but not “more busier.”

Edit: haha joeblogsFAILS beat me to it.

ahhh thanks - Im sorry but i have one more!

Between the sales manager [and I] [existed] [an easy], cooperative working relationship; [neither of us] hesitated to discuss problems.

the answer is [and I]

It should be “and me.”

why though? how would that make any difference

Whenever you have a preposition, you require an object pronoun. Me is an object pronoun. Tada!

Drum roll…Bada Boom!
