<p>Is the sentence</p>
<p>“This task is difficult to me.”</p>
<p>correct? Or should it always be “difficult for”? I’m pretty sure it’s alright if it is interpreted as “I consider the task difficult” or “To me/In my opinion, the task is difficult”</p>
