<p>Okay, situation is, parents are divorced. Non-custodial remarried. Do I only list my non-custodial on the cover sheet and his SSN, or do I have to include his spouse as well?</p>
<p>On my cover sheet it appears there is no space to list the spouse of a non-custodial parent. That would suggest to me that the information is not required.</p>
