<p>My brother is disabled and receives SSI each month. I put this as part of my mother’s income when I filled out my CSS (which might have been a mistake, i don’t know though). Now, the IDOC lists a 1099 as a required document. My mom says she doesn’t have a 1099 and when I googled it, it seems that she wouldn’t get one either. What should I do? Email IDOC?</p>
