Has anyone tried to actually contact IDOC - successfully?
I had a question about an upload. I tried to submit an email twice - both times got a message saying email would not send, please try again.
Tried to call twice - listened to all of the recorded messages (twice), hit “0” to speak to a live person (per the directions) - and both times got disconnected with a rapid busy signal.
Is it just me…?
On other threads people have reported contacting them. They are very busy right now so the phone system may be overloaded. I don’t know why the email would not work. All you can do is keep trying. Or ask your question here. Someone else may have had the same question and got an answer. There are quite a few IDOC threads. Here are links to a few. I don’t see anyone who got email responses, but some did get someone on the phone.

Same thing happened to me when I tried to call and hit “0”, got the same busy signal - I then tried again, hitting a different number instead of “0” (don’t remember which) and through that number eventually got to a long (half hour plus) hold and got a live person.
I had to call them several times yesterday. The first three times I got the busy tone. The fourth time I got connected, but there was like a 40 minute wait.
