On my IDOC status it says “complete new form” next to my non-tax filer statement. What does this mean?
Did you ever figure out what it means? I have the same problem and all of my deadlines are tomorrow (March 1, 2016).
@delaodino I think the problem may have been that I hand wrote in my amounts for my non-tax filer statement rather than typing them in the boxes on the computer.
i am an american citizen but have lived all my life in pakistan so my father fills taxes in pakistan. But on my idoc it says to submit a W2 form of my father but he doesnt have one so what do i send instead
Zoro98 - you’ve asked this before. You (1) fill out the non-filer form; and (2) submit copies of your Pakistan income tax forms.
We got the ‘complete new form’ message too for the same form. I called the helpline as everything on the form we submitted looked to be correct. They said the message was displayed in error and we should ignore it. They did not say this explicitly, but I got the feeling they were telling a lot of people the same thing ‘yes, we know about that, just ignore it’. You can always call the help line and ask.
We got the same message. When I clicked on the new form it was exactly the same as the one we submitted.
Same message here. I called the helpline on 2/29 for a different issue but asked about this one. They confirmed it was an error on their end and should just be ignored.
