IDOC received status -- by one school or all?

When IDOC shows a document as received, their help text says “Your document is reported as received, substitute (if an online substitute form is completed), or waived (if your institution determines the document is no longer required).”

For prospective freshmen submitting to IDOC documents to multiple institutions, does anyone know if “received” means that all institutions requesting that document have reported it as received (or substitute or waived) or if that only means that at least one institution has so recorded it?

I called IDOC about this (happened to us too). They confirmed via phone that all schools received the docs. I would suggest you do the same, or use their chat feature. I am also following up with finaid offices to find out if they have received all the docs. I have heard back from (2), that all docs are in and if they need more they will let us know. Hope this helps.

Thanks @dopefuture. Our first deadline is 11/30. We still have 2 docs that have not yet been processed, and IDOC is closing for 2 days this week, but next week I’ll have my son check all his portals, and if any of them aren’t showing complete finaid information, or aren’t clear about whether finaid documentation has been received or not, we’ll follow up with IDOC directly.
