IDOC Requirements for Canadians?

<p>I’m just trying to figure out what I’m supposed to fill out as a Canadian student…</p>

<p>I have the Non-Tax Filer’s Statement. The CollegeBoard service also asks for:</p>

• One copy of each of your parents’ W-2 and 1099 forms. Send only one copy of each form.</p>

<li>A completed Verification Worksheet (Dependent).

</ul>

<p>…however, it doesn’t give any alternatives for Canadians. Do I just not include the (equivalent of) W-2 and 1099 (what is the equivalent?)… what about the Verification Worksheet, do I need that?</p>
