I have been on hold with iDoc for 32 minutes. I uploaded all documents requested on February 10th. I’ve been checking every day and I still have 3 documents (federal tax returns) which have not been processed. I tried calling the other day but the call just went to a busy signal, so I sent an email which they said would be answered within 48hours…it was not. Hence the 32 minute hold time today.

When logging into iDoc it says they are uploading documents from the 23rd.
Question…
Does anyone know why my documents from 2/10 wouldn’t have been processed yet?

Even the people who answer the phone don’t know. I called yesterday and waited on hold for an hour and 10 minutes and again today. I spoke with two different people. Neither could offer insight into why the process is taking so long. They also couldn’t explain why some documents had been uploaded and others hadn’t when they were all submitted on the same day. And, they don’t respond to email. It is incredibly frustrating.

I agree, when I finally did get through the girl didn’t know a thing said she would ‘escalate’ it.
