<p>I’m assuming you mean the real act book. in my opinion its the only book out there with accurate tests.</p>
<p>yes it helps! the more you practice, the more you become familiar with the test! it’s always different though so don’t expect to see the same exact questions. you may see the same types of questions though (in math & english)</p>
