If colleges have two of my transcripts or two of my score reports, will they use the most recent one?

I am asking because I have sent a transcript, and I will be sending another soon with my first quarter grades.

What would be your guess? The receive new test scores all the time from the same student. For transcript, it is always cumulative and they will add new data to your file when they receive it.
