If I was accepted to this selective internship at the UN, is it worth noting to admissions, or is it too late? I also got a high grade in a difficult course, is that noting too?

My guess is they’ve already made their decisions.
I wouldn’t note a grade…but, hey, why not tell them about a selective internship with the U.N…make it brief…with a subject header like “Exciting news (at least to me) concerning AnonymousCat” and then quickly tell them of the selection. Here’s the way I look at it…it’s likely not going to do anything…and it may already be too late anyway…but it’s not like they’re going to say, “well we did have you on the Admit list but now that you sent us news of this internship, we’ve decided not to accept you.” Even there’s a 5% chance that it does help, why not?
Personally, I wouldn’t. I think they have already reached a decision by now and would unlikely even check emails from freshman applicants until decision day. If you’re waitlisted, I would save it up for then. Goodluck!
