If I pass AP Calc, will it show up on my transcript just like I have taken the actual

<p>It will only show up in the AP report the College Board (is that who administers the AP exams? It’s been so long) sends to NYU.</p>

<p>Oh, and one you’re at NYU, if you elect to transfer in the AP exams, they’ll show up as “Placement exams” on your Degree Progress Report and Unofficial Transcript.</p>

<p>what I wondering is that if I plan to transfer to another 4 yr and Calc is a required course for the university to which I want to transfer, if a 4 or 5 on the AP calc exam will satisfy this or if I will have to take the class at NYU.</p>

<p>Just because NYU will give you credit for your 4 or 5 on AP Calc doesn’t mean that another college will. You’ll have to ask the school you transfer to.</p>
