If I sign up as a engineering major, but I didn't take Physics AP...

Regardless of how it affects college admissions, you should take AP Physics C if you plan to be an engineer. Unless you get a 5, you will have to take the equivalent in college your freshman year. You will do a lot better if you already saw most of the material before in high school rather than seeing it for the first time in college. Also, the intro year of physics tends to be very difficult at most schools and if you can pass out of it, you can really help your GPA by avoiding a few unnecessary Cs.

If I take Psychology at my local CC during my summer going into college(After my senior year) will I get college credit for it?

^depends where you go to college. You should know all that before you sign up for the course though. At that rate, though, you might as well just wait and take it when you are in college. the last thing you should do the summer before college is taking classes.

I’m looking for UCI, but even then IDK if I’ll get in the school. So I don’t get credit for the class if I take it in the summer?

OP-Depends on the college like Venkat89 posted. Why do you think it is so important to take psych before you go to college? Do yourself a favor, if you are lazy in high school, not ashamed of it and not wanting to change then don’t apply for engineering.
