If I take the ELAT or LNAT, will US colleges know my scores?

I’m an American student thinking about applying to schools in England.

I can’t see how colleges would know your scores unless you sent them, and why would you? As far as I know, they want to see SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and TEFL scores. Then again, maybe others know something I don’t. But there is no way your scores would be seen by any college unless you send them.
