If I want to transfer to cornell university, which school should I choose? Rutger or stony brook?

I am a future freshman this year, and I got a lot of offers while I just want to choose those two at last.
At first,I was admitted in the business school in rutgers NB, and if I go to rutgers, I will major finance and mathematics.
Then,I got offer from stony brook, and I will major applied mathematics if I choose brook.
I want to transfer to other schools at the end of the first year or the second year,my target transfer schools are; Cornell,Upenn,Michigan,New York university,Washiington in Seattle. The first two schools are my favorite.
Thus,if I want to transfer to those universities, which school should I prefer? stony or rutgers?
Millions of thanks to your ideas and advices!
ps:My future target is major finance mathematics when I am a graduate student, and find a quant job in wall street.

Truthfully, it sounds like you’re gaming a system that doesn’t need to be gamed.

You have two good schools. Just pick the one you like the best and the one you feel you could do best at. Only you know which one that is.

check–

campus life
professors and types of classes
cost of attending each – and the cost of your transfer targets

And see which you think will work best for you.

Thanks for your advice, actually I am a international student,so I know a few about those two schools ,so I am a little miserable which I prefer?
