If rejected from priority admission, will I be re-considered for regular admission?

I am retaking the SAT in December. Most of my schools deadlines for priority admission are Dec 1, but since I want to retake the SAT, will they reconsider me for regular deadline in-case my current SAT scores will not get me in for priority admission? Taking the December SAT will arrive on time for my regular admission.

The schools I am applying for priority admission are Texas A&M, University of Southern California, and University of Houston. Will these schools re-consider me for regular admission incase I am rejected for priority admissions?

Also, University of Southern California said the last sitting for taking SAT should be by December. So, does that mean I can still take the SAT in December?

I would appreciate if someone can help me out. Thank you so much

Another note, I prepped/studied so much for my Oct SAT but my score decreased instead… what could go wrong? I really hope I will make improvements on my Dec one… I literally spent all summer studying for it.

anyone willing to answer??

You cam send your updated score (December SAT) to USC after it’s 12/01 deadline. I think USC’s priority admission period is for scholarship purpose, it doesn’t mean that USC has two different decision release times.

rejected usually means you’re out for good. If deferred, it means they’ll consider you again.
