<p>Tulane’s SATs have always been pretty high as have their ACT 25/75 scores (27-31, identical to NYU and U Michigan). They just get screwed in the rankings because their PA is so low. Tulane has the lowest PA of any school in the USNWR Top 50. For 2008, their PA is at 3.3, a decline of 0.2 from last year as the academics are paying the school back for its sacking of some tenured profs in the wake of Katrina.</p>
