Wait, let me ask it the other way round; which universities don’t allow you to apply again when they’ve rejected you for early action?
I heard Cornell’s one… but don’t know about any other universities!
<p>My understanding is that most if not all universities (including Cornell) that have EA will either accept, reject or defer. If rejected that means you are done, if deferred that means they will reconsider you in the RA round.</p>
