<p>If you had the choice to choose between a 2-bedroom (4 roomates) in the Ivory Tower or a 1- bedroom (3 roomates) at City Hall, which one is better? Better location? better atmosphere? better amenities? better building? etc…Your help is greatly needed in a short time.

<p>ivory tower! some of the city hall triples can be kind of small. ivory tower is in a much better location too.</p>
