In an effort to push both my grammar score from a 700-720(i got on psat and multiple BB test) to a 800, I bought on saturday, meltzer’s grammar guide(2nd edition); I never got the workbook bcuz i wasnt the one paying for it(my mom was) and I wasn’t sure if it was neccessary or at least worth an extra 24-27 dollars… Is it
If you want to practice with some exercise, then yes.
If you’re at 700 without the Grammar Guide, I doubt you’ll need the workbook. I’ve never seen it but I’d expect the guide to be enough to get you to a perfect score.
