<p>You are dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars here. Start learning right now to take initiative. The worst thing you can do is just figure well I guess it will show up sometime.</p>
<p>Parents… start looking at this as a business transaction. This is not some marble altar of an unreachable god. There is nothing sacrosanct about this process. Take initiative, negotiate. If you don’t ask, it will not likely happen.</p>
<p>Just imagine that R. Lee Ermey (that’s the guy from Mailcall that yells at everybody) is standing behind you… “COME ON GIRLIE-BOY! MOVE! MOVE! MOVE! PICK UP THAT PHONE! MAKE THAT CALL! GET TO WORK!”</p>
