If you move high schools for your senior year, does it give you disadvantage when going into college?
I have a pretty good reason. I am a foreign exchange student and I was living in a school dormitory.
This year they closed it for some financial reason, so i am kind of forced to move to a school with a dormitory.

No, although it means that you have more of a challenge getting strong recommendations. It’s nothing that cannot be overcome.
Alternatively you could probably get recommendations still from your old school. On my mind, the thing that will probably be most affected is consistency in you EC involvements. Nothing that can’t be explained in a GC letter though, colleges take things in context
I know of one disadvantage, at least at our high school. You can’t be considered valedictorian. Not sure about cum laude. If you think this could apply to you, ask your guidance counselor if your new school has the same policy.
As long as you keep up your grades, you will be fine. Ask your teachers that you have now to write their recommendations for you, before you leave.
It is fine. I guess the guidance counselor won’t know you as well but that is a minor point. I’d think that colleges would be understanding of your situation. I’d ask teachers at your current school for recommendation letters before the year ends so that is already set before you switch schools.
If you know your guidance couselor well maybe they can do a supplementary recommendation. Colleges prefer recommendations from junior and senior year teachers
