Im spending another wild night on my ipad, while my H snores next to me at 8pm.
However, after reading this I am appreciative that my misspent youth was spent in the days before cell phones and youtube.

Someone where I work has left little pieces of poetry tucked around in various spots and I found one about a month ago. It was an e.e. cummings poem about love:

i carry your heart with me (i carry it in my heart) i am never without it (anywhere i go you go, my dear).

I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to find this treasure! It was typewritten, on an old, yellowed piece of paper that had curled up into a little tube. I hadn’t known, but 2 other people had found different poem in other parts of the building. The only negative was that my coworker felt a bit left out, but then she found one of her own last week!

Happy tears. :)
