If you take a specially administrated ACT test, do colleges know?

My friend has to have someone read the ACT questions to her since she has a visual impairment. My question is: When you send your scores to colleges do they know you took a special test? I mean its the same test, you just can’t see the questions so someone read them to you.

i’m pretty sure that would be included on the score report that colleges receive. this includes extended time, etc.

No they dont see it. There was a case on this, and the plantiff argued that this would be a disadvantege to some students and discrimination to these students, and thus they arent allowed to sent these details.
