If you're in any way against gambling, do not click on this.

For those experienced gamblers out there, I have a question. I know United States banks are reluctant, if not against, creating accounts for gamblers with an online gambling organization although the organization is not in the US. Do you think it’s a good idea if one creates a Swiss bank account and gambles with that account? Is that in any way illegal and are you likely to get caught?
I also read that although online gambling is illegal in the US, most online gamblers are actually from the US, how exactly do they do this without getting caught?!!!

I have no idea about the whole bank account thing but…

A few weeks ago the British head of an internet gambling site was arrested when his plane landed in the US because many of the patrons of his site were American. I think they might be implementing new measures to make sure that Americans aren’t breaking a (stupid, imo) law and gambling on their sites.

I have no evidence or whatever to back this up, but could the whole issue about catching Americans who are gambling online be like the whole deal with Kazaa a few years ago? Millions of people were using it, but there only sued a few of them because it would be insane to try and sue everyone who had downloaded a song illegally.

Just deposit the money in your bank account to a service like Neteller. Then use Neteller to deposit it onto poker/casino sites. I’ve been doing it for a year; it seems very secure, they have GREAT customer service, and it works great too.
