<p>I am an American citizen, currently living and working outside of the country. I would like to attend a UC or CSU in the future, and was wondering if it would be possible to complete IGETC completely online? This way I could get started now, and save some time in the future. I haven’t found any information that says it is not possible, but have also not found any specifically offering this possibility?</p>
